• Indiana Housing & Community Development Authority (IHCDA): AHC is a community housing development organization certified by the IHCDA and can help sponsor or develop your projects involving affordable rental housing, transitional housing and homes for sale to low and moderate income households. • Indiana Office of Community and Rural Affairs (OCRA):  AHC employs staff certified by OCRA to administer Community Focus Fund (CFF) grants.   Communities have many pressing needs and sometimes need outside financial assistance. Indiana requests federal funds to help communities with a variety of projects such as sewer and water systems, streets and sidewalks, community centers, and fire trucks and stations. These funds allow communities to improve quality of life and ensure the health and safety of their citizens. In 2004, Indiana received $37 million for the CDBG program.
