Built in 2001, Emerson Homes is located on Washington Street just one block north of the Cardinal Greenway. Eight single-family duplexes make up this rental community. Emerson was AHC’s first housing development project and has been maintained and updated over the last 12 years to ensure quality living for all tenants.
