We are a Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO) certified by the Indiana Housing & Community Development Authority (IHCDA) and can help sponsor or develop projects involving affordable rental housing, supportive housing and homes for sale to low and moderate income households.

We also employ staff certified by the Indiana Office of Community and Rural Affairs (OCRA) to administer Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG). Each year, Indiana recieves federal funds to help communities with a variety of projects such as sewer and water systems, streets and sidewalks, community centers, fire stations, historic preservation, downtown revitalization, and more. These funds allow communities to improve quality of life and ensure the health and safety of their citizens.
