$12 - $15 / hour

Job Description: 

  • Inside and outside work in all types of weather

  • Work requiring prolonged or repeated standing, walking, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and lifting to a maximum of 100 pounds, with frequent lifting and carrying of up to 50 pounds

  • Local travel, haul equipment, tools and materials

  • Carry a cell phone

  • Responsible for 24-hour emergency maintenance service as scheduled

  • Use of office equipment and Office 2010 public network.

Maintenance Assistant/Custodian

Project Development Coordinator

Full-Time (30-40 hours per week)

Supervisor: Executive Director

Job Description: Write and administer proposals/grants and conduct project development/compliance activities for housing and community projects/programs
Minimum Salary $35,000



  • Network with potential funding and projects partners

  • Conduct grant research/writing/reporting for proposals/grants

  • Develop and prepare agreements for job-related services

  • Collect required data; maintain accurate and complete grant/contract files (electronic and paper)

  • Understand and communicate terms, conditions, instructions, rules, laws, and regulations for grants/contracts

  • Other duties as assigned
