Full-Time (30-40 hours per week)

$18 - $20 / hour
Job Purpose: Perform duties necessary to maintain and enhance AHC properties including the main and south office buildings, rental housing, and grounds.
Job Conditions: Inside and outside work in all types of weather; work requiring prolonged or repeated standing, walking, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and lifting to a maximum of 100 pounds, with frequent lifting and carrying of up to 50 pounds; local travel using company vehicle to haul equipment, tools and materials; carry a cell phone; responsible for 24-hour emergency maintenance service as scheduled; use of office equipment and Office 2019 public network.
