Matched Savings Program
Individual Development Accounts
Four-year, matched savings program designed to assist individuals in achieving self-sufficiency through financial capability training and asset generation. For each $1 saved (up to $1500) the State of Indiana will match it with $3 (max of $4,500) — for a total of $6,000 — usable towards buying a home, rehabbing owner occupied home, furthering your education, enrolling in a job training program, and starting or expanding a small business.
Eligible applicants must be:

Employed

Below 200% of Federal Poverty Guidelines based on household size or receive TANF

Able to save a minimum of $21 per month
